Thursday 10.15am (1hour) Abbots Langley, Methodist Church in the high street - Term Time Class - 6 week course £60 (please note course prices vary depending on term length)
Friday 11.15am (1hour) Bourne End Hall, Bourne End, nr Berkhamsted (HP1) - Weekly Class - 5 week course £50
Classes work on a block booking basis, these vary slightly depending on which class you are interested in, you can pay by bank transfer or in cash.

Equipment such as blocks and bands will be supply by myself, I also have mats available to borrow short term, however you are most welcome to bring your own.
